The practice is led by Nadia el Baroudi-Kostrikis, European Lawyer at the Cyprus Bar and Lawyer at the Paris Bar.

Maître El Baroudi-Kostrikis was trained in the USA, Morocco, France, and England. She has acquired exceptional international experience providing executive and legal services to international clients in North America, Europe, and North Africa.

Nadia El Baroudi-Kostrikis holds a Doctorate in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montpellier I.  Her doctoral thesis was entitled “L’application du droit communautaire des ententes aux accords de transfert de technologie (Règlement n° 772/2004)” “The Application of Article 101 of EC Treaty to Technology Transfer Agreements (Block Exemption N. 772/2004)”; a Diplôme d’Études Approfondies (DEA – Master’s degree) in Business Contracts from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montpellier I; and an Applied Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of Hassan II University, Casablanca (Morocco).

In addition, Nadia El Baroudi-Kostrikis holds a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration issued by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Jesus College, University of Oxford, Oxford, London (England).
